Dearest Glenda, we will miss your happy face and great company at our regular ‘Old Girls of Baltusrol’ lunch gatherings. There will be an empty chair at the table which saddens us but will bring back happy memories of fun times holidaying lunching an cruising. Rest well dear friend I can’t believe I will never see you again.

Glenda. Will miss our l catch up sessions when bumping into each down the street and catching up with the news. Always a smile and quirky humour. I so enjoyed working our night shifts together up the hill. Allusion and my oldest elissa were baby buddies back in your Burke rd home. To Peter, Andrew, Alilision and Jessica and Beryl , my deepest condolences. A beautiful soul and spirit now gone to heaven ..

Hi Peter and all of your lovely family. I got to the funeral and the words I heard today were beautiful and Glenda's love for music was perfect. I am glad to hear you finally proposed. Glenda as I said the other day was a strong and very loyal lady. She showed this side of her to me a few years ago.. She will be missed by all who knew her. Again my condolences to all of the Free and extended family. Trevor Dance

Dear Glenda, your presence made it a joy to come to work, a little bit of sunshine seem to follow you around . Vodka borsch & tears still brings a smile to my face. Thank you for the great memories and the service to those who had less than you. Love to Peter, Andrew, Alison, Jess and the extended family. Her star shines brightly*

We were two giddy school girls when we met. Our friendship span over well over fifty five years, and I have such cherished memories of you, of us over that time. I still can’t believe we have lost an angel, and heaven has gained one. Rest In Peace my beautiful friend…
Till we meet again…

Our deepest sympathy to you Peter, Andrew, Allison and Jess and families on hearing this very sad news on Glenda passing. She was special in so many ways to you all and no one will ever replace her. She has not gone far and you only have to look and she will be watching you with love.

Our thoughts with you all at this time.
Unfortunately unable to attend on 20th, but be assured we will be with you in spirit. We hope the following may give you strength.

A Tribute to Glenda.
A smiling face, a helping hand who helped so many throughout this land.
A family loved and nurtured too, never too hard a task to do.
A life well lived, well loved and caring, her skills were hers and for the sharing.
To all and any who asked of her, for help as if of family they surely were.
A wife and mother, daughter and aunt, her memory forget, we surely can’t.
Her legacy sure, secure and strong, lives on within us like tuneful song.
The notes will guide our thoughts and mind, be gentle, be happy, most of all, be kind.
Stand tall, stand strong, no tears to weep, keep Glenda a memory forever to keep.
Smile, look upward into the sky, whenever things are bad, so do not cry.
Seek solace from her example made, over all her years so richly laid.
Use her memory, help make things right, on those bad days and in the night.
JM 2022.

Glenda, May you rest in eternal peace

My Mum. The best at unconditional love. Moving forward from here seems impossible. A piece of all your family members died yesterday. That is how important and instrument you are in our lives, and always will be.
